Life is a journey, each person's journey is unique.

What gives me direction in life?

My faith!

I am Jewish by birth, practiced Judaism most of my life and then converted to the Orthodox Church.

Without my faith, I would not be me and I can’t imagine finding complete happiness without my faith.

The similarities between Orthodox Judaism and Orthodox Christian are very close. Of course the main difference is believing in Jesus.

My faith is something that shapes everything I do each day.

I’ve spent the past 30 years studying theology. I’ve completed several Master Degrees and 5 Doctorates.

But it’s not my academic learning in religious schools that has shaped my faith although of course, it’s been influential in developing my faith.

It’s the day to day living.

God is the centre of my life and everything I’ve experienced, particularly as a disabled person, I believe is a blessing from God.

The strength I receive through my faith makes it easier to live each day with my disabilities and provides me strength to fight for accessibility and so much more.
