I cannot sit idle.

I must always be doing something.

• I study the Bible and the writings of the Church Fathers
• I research – general history, Biblical and church history
• I read a lot in English and French
• I study French, Italian and Latin
• When I chill and watch tv, I’m still putting it on pause every 20 minutes to do something productive
• I also spend at least an hour spread over the day with my accessible stationary bike and I “bike” about a kilometre a day now.

If I’m not actively doing something I go crazy, I can’t sit and do nothing.
