I’ve studied theology for 30 years. Unfortunately my understanding of the development of denominations during and after the Reformation is not very strong.
My primary focus of study over the past 30 years was in Judaism, Roman Catholicism and Eastern Orthodox. I’ve studied each of these in great depth and written numerous papers as well as several out of print books.
So, to expand my theological background, I’m now diving into the world of the Reformation and post-Reformation.
There is so much to learn but I need to keep my head level and try to absorb as much as I can to become a more fully rounded theologian.
I question my ability to understand the theological concepts that are often quite different from those of which I’m well learned in.
My prayer is that God will help me to understand things better and open my mind to the beliefs of others. In this way I can write and communicate with other people outside the Orthodox Church.
I welcome any suggestions of websites, YouTube lessons and books.
