What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
I probably sound like a broken record, but Self-care is extremely important for everyone.
I make sure I have “down” time everyday. Sometimes it’s only 10 minutes. I sit and regulate my breathing. I think about all the blessings in my life.
At a later time during the day I take time to sit and think about things I’ve said to people or done and ask myself if it’s something I need to make amends for.
Did I hurt someone’s feelings or upset them? I text them and apologize.
I ask myself if I’ve said or done anything to myself that didn’t sit right with me.
Self-care and self analysis is very important to me. It helps me to hopefully be a better person to myself and to the people around me.
