My day starts and ends with attendants on my home to help me get up and get ready for my day.

When afternoon comes, I have “me” time. I get to relax. No one is in my home except me and my standard poodle.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I greatly appreciate my attendants and all the hard work they do to help my independence when they aren’t here.

But when they leave, it’s wonderful. I have time to chill, then work on my book or just have a “me” day.
