What do you enjoy most about writing?
I love to write. I always have. English is my second language and it is completely different to the visual, conceptual language of American Sign Language (ASL).
I fell in love with words before I began school and I was always reading.
I had dreamt of becoming a journalist. Instead I ended up going to university and obtaining 12 degrees in religion, history and counselling.
As I wrote each of my theses and later dissertations for my doctoral programs, I knew I had found my niche. To combine all of my interests and bring my experience and knowledge to others through writing.
I’ve been writer and editor for my stamp club for many years. I have written several books and many journal articles.
At the present time, I’m currently working on writing my book based on my last dissertation regarding disabled people and accessibility in the Church community. This of course is applicable to all religious communities.
