What book could you read over and over again?
The Bible
I grew up on stories from the Bible while others grew up on fairy tales.
I fell in love with the people from the Bible.
In 4th grade, we had a project to create a book with drawings and our favourite story so I did Queen Esther.
I can’t imagine my life without my Bible.
What I’ve learnt and continue to learn from it is how to be the best person I can be.
It’s taught me not to dwell on “I can’t” but rather find a way to do something in a safe way for me.
To take everything that comes my way and find good on it, if possible. If not, take away a lesson learnt that is a blessing.
I don’t expect my friends to believe what I do. If they have have questions about my faith, I answer them honestly but do not try to make them agree with me. What I believe is my personal belief and experience.
If I was left on a deserted island with only one possession, it would be my Bible.
I have thousands of books but my Bible is always by my side.
It’s my “go to” book for everything. I’ve read self-help books but ultimately they are just repeating things that are already available to me in the Bible.
